Monday Weigh-In
I haven’t done this in awhile lol… Last Monday I was 183.4 lbs :( I’ve been trying to refocus and get back on track and this week I’ve been doing what I need to do so. This morning I weighed in at 178.4 lbs. Yay!
Proud of myself. Slowly but surely.
Actually haven’t thought about it like this before…
That awesome moment when the 💡goes off in your head and small goals make big goals feel like they can be accomplished!
1.5 lbs per week = not graduating college overweight/obese 👍

Quick Update
Since at my internship, I spend a lot of time sitting I realized that if I want to accomplish my goal of reaching my GW by graduation I needed to refocus my eating habits (how many times have I said that one lol) but I have and it’s been going good.
I’ve been tracking my weight loss via scale more these days. I’m hoping this will help me refocus as well because I’ll know where I stand.
This morning I was 177.4 lbs. My weight has been slowly going down - Yay!
I miss that feeling of being successful at weight loss. As the scale goes up, my confidence goes down. I’ve become more conscious of what I wear which I never did before my recent weight gain.
Today I did Cardio X and it felt good. I hadn’t really worked out they way I want to in a long time. I’m starting to think workout DVDs will be my future this summer so Motivation and I definitely will need to become friends again. I wish I had a set of weights because all I really want to do is lift. I’m so over cardio is a crime and a shame.
I really want to get back into running. I’ve been thinking for awhile that I should try Bridge to 10k because I’m still strong just not as strong as I use to be. We’ll see, we’ll see
On a more positive note, I feel good about how I ended my day. I just have to take it one step at a time. There is hope at the end of the tunnel.
